Pixie offers waxing services every day during business hours. Enjoy an extra 19% off on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays for all clients.

Pixie offers multiple promotions simultaneously. Promotions cannot be combined. Please ask about and mention promotions at checkout to redeem them.

Pixie starts its promotions on the nearest Sunday before the holidays. Each promotion runs for one week and is valid for 4–5 days, excluding closing days and Wednesdays. If multiple promotions occur in the same week, the dates will be prorated or the higher-value promotion will apply. There are exceptional opportunities that can only be redeemed by managers.

Wednesday does not have other promotions except its own special offer. Every Wednesday has rotating special offers that change every two months and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Must be purchased the day before use and cannot be used with any other promotions.

Pixie offers complimentary drinks all day and every day with our services.
Need to chill? Pixie has wine (alcohol for 21 and above only).
Need calories? Pixie has Coke.
Need to refresh? Pixie has water.

Appointments are recommended and prioritized, but walk-ins are always welcome.

Pixie offers a reasonable wait time of within 10 minutes. Please be patient for your turn and give yourself enough time to enjoy Pixie's services.

Please make sure to return within 2–3 days if you need a nail repair. We are happy to provide one complimentary fix within 3 days of your original service if the issue is caused by a technical flaw or if the color match is significantly off (acceptable color match accuracy is up to 90%). Although our general redo service policy allows for 2–3 weeks, free repairs are only available within the first 3 days after the service. After that period, any repairs or fixes will be charged according to our current menu pricing.
